2014年10月26日 上海納克潤滑技術(shù)有限公司和山西潞安集團(tuán)正在中國山西省建立一家工廠，該工廠將采用煤制油中的費(fèi)托法a-烯烴原料制備聚a烯烴（PAO）合成基礎(chǔ)油。該 PAO 工廠已經(jīng)在建設(shè)中，計(jì)劃于 2015 年6月建成，預(yù)計(jì)在第三季度投產(chǎn)。
